About the Role:
DiliCapital is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Investment Banking Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing projects, conducting financial analysis, and providing valuation expertise across diverse industries. Your focus will span sectors such as real estate, energy and power, financial services, artificial intelligence, fintech, healthcare, technology, infrastructure, education, and transportation. Collaborating closely with our associate partners, you will contribute to driving impactful financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source projects requiring funding within your jurisdiction.
- Secure opportunities for financial consulting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial restructuring, and investments in your region.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses and develop advanced financial models to support valuations and pro forma assessments for client businesses, projects, and acquisition targets.
- Lead client projects, providing expert guidance and strategic oversight.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar disciplines, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and valuation.
- Alternatively, an MBA from a top-tier institution with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
